On may 31, 2023 City units were dispatched to Crossville Pawn and Guns in reference to a male subject standing in the parking lot with his shirt off and bathing with his big gulp drink. Upon officers arrival the man was observed standing by the trailers and was in the nod. He was standing up and slowly started falling towards the ground. 

He was approx two foot from the edge of Elmore Rd. The man was identified as Mr. Andrew Glyn-Jones. He stated that used narcotics the prior week. Mr. Jones had a slow slurred speech and was placed under arrest for his safety and the safety of the public.
