On April 15, 2024 a County officer conducted a traffic stop at Gill Cemetery on a Honda Accord  for littering at the corner of Westel Road and 70 East.

Upon making contact with the individual the officer identified the driver by his Tennessee Identification card as Jack Brown DOB 03/25/1990.

Dispatch advised that Jack was revoked for DUI. The officer searched, arrested, and transported Jack to Cumberland County Intake for Driving on Revoked.

Said offense occurred in Cumberland County.
