On 5-22-2023 City Units were dispatched to Harper Ln. regarding a naked man on the caller’s porch screaming and knocking on the door. The caller had opened the door to find him standing there with his pants down revealing him self. Upon arrival officers identified the man as Christopher Patrick White. 

Mr. White was extremely paranoid, frantic, profusely sweating and had his pants down below his ankles. He advised officers he had been bit by a snake 40 times and that it was in his boot. He was observed reaching toward his boots while jumping around and exclaiming “you see that rattlesnake? He’s in my boot”! He then proceeded to pull his right boot and sock off checking for the snake. Mr. White said, “see right there’s his head” and it was a piece of fabric on the porch. No snake bites or snakes were found. While checking for snakes he continued to say that they had a hold of him. Officers believed Mr. White was under the influence of a mind altering substance.

He was transported to the County jail and charged with Public intoxication and Indecent Exposure.
