CROSSVILLE LOWE’S STORE FLOODED INSIDE THIS MORNING
Lowe’s Home Improvement had a shower of their very own this morning when a forklift struck the overhead water main – possibly the indoor sprinkler system. Water poured into the store for some time as you can see from the pictures (courtesy of Joel E Sensenig) No damage estimate has been released.

too bad….THE WORST store in the Lowe’s system! Items are NEVER in the location published in the app/website (they keep changing the store a la Walmart), they NEVER have the item you’re looking for in stock, yet ALWAYS seem to have more than enough of the much higher priced competitor brand on hand, customer service from the store manager to the lowest shelf stocker is non-existent, untrained employees who know nothing about the area they work in, the list goes on…What Crossville/the plateau needs is another source of goods from their competitor

I called them to come get a bad stove they sold me and they wouldn’t come out here and get it! Worst customer service ever like every place down here. Should’ve never moved down here from New Jersey.

By all means go back to New Jersey. Won’t hurt our feelings.

You are right. That is the worst store I have seen. After the girl disconnected us twice then got a manager that knew nothing about the product I was trying to get info on and then he said you might have to come in and ck and see if we have them.Sorry place and even took Veterans little 10% away from them
Crock of shit is Lowes in Crossville.Tn
