CRIMINALS DESTROY, STEAL SIGNS MEANT TO STOP CRIME IN TANSI

Irony in its truest form.  Neighborhood Watch signs in Lake Tansi – meant to help deter criminal activity – have been vandalized or stolen lately.  Here is the report from the Crimestoppers page.

On several d12507314_871350632978402_8167411030118705207_nifferent occasions, unknown suspects have stolen or vandalized Lake Tansi Village Neighborhood Watch signs.

During September, 2015 a sign was removed from the Warpath area. In January, 2016 another larger sign was damaged, on Hutoah Drive, where it was completely ripped in half. Also, signs at the intersection of Cherokee Trail and Coweta as well as Cherokee and Oswego Road were vandalized. The value of the signs are placed at approximately $200.00 each for the larger signs and $100.00 for the smaller signs.
