CROSSVILLE POLICE REPORT:

On 6/29/2024 at approximately 1642hrs, I responded to the parking lot of the Shell station on 127 North in reference to a physical domestic. I made contact with Ms. Theresa Manning, who was bleeding profusely from her nose. She stated that she got into an argument with her boyfriend, Mr. Daniel Clower, over his heroin use. She stated that Mr. Clower punched her in the face with his “nub” (Mr. Clower’s arms are gone from the elbows down). Mr. Clower left the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. I viewed video footage of the pumps and it shows Mr. Clower getting out of the passenger side of a silver Dodge van and walking over to the driver’s side and opening the door.

Cameras are unable to pick up what happened, but after Mr. Clower walks off toward Shoney’s, Ms. Manning gets out of the vehicle, bleeding profusely. I wrote a warrant on Mr. Clower for domestic assault.
