Crossville Police were called the Justice Center for who they thought was going to be a drunk driver.  When they got there, they found 38-year-old Jeffery Lynn Tabor sitting in a parked van.  Tabor refused to get out of his vehicle and had to virtually be pried out of the van.  Tabor was not very cooperative with officers shouting “No, I’m not ready”.  Witnesses said Tabor had been trying to get in the back gate of the Justice Center. Tabor insisted the “cartels were after him and going to kill him”.   Officers found traces of meth inside Tabor’s van, arrested him and took him inside the Justice Center for booking.
