Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies have been looking for this man, 69 year old Robert Paul Elmore, ever since he skipped out on a court date earlier this month.  He’s been caught. Now he’s going to serve 10 days in jail before facing charges he inappropriately touched nurses at the hospital.  Elmore is a convicted child rapist dating back to 1989 not to mention four years in prison for assault and kidnapping.
