CLARKRANGE HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Following an incident on November 4, Clarkrange High School Principal Marty Walker was charged with domestic violence and child endanger-ment.

According to Sheriff Chucky Cravens, the incident occurred on the night of November 4, and Mr. Walker turned himself in on November 5, at which time he was booked on charges of Domestic Violence and Child Endangerment. Mr. Walker reportedly stayed in jail the mandatory 12 hours and was then released on bond.

Walker was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Wednesday, November 9.

According to the investigative report, at approximately 11:12 p.m. on Friday, November 4, a call was made to the 911 dispatch center from Ashley Jones, who stated that her father, Marty Walker, had pushed her down on the floor while she was holding her 3-week-old daughter in the laundry room, and had slapped her mother, Loretta Walker, at her parents’ residence at 1001 South Farm Road in Clarkrange.  READ FULL STORY HERE
