Canadian fans sing ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ after microphone glitch at Preds game

A technical glitch didn’t stop the singing of the U.S. national anthem during Tuesday night’s Predators game in Toronto.

The singer’s microphone cut out during The Star-Spangled Banner at the Air Canada Centre.

Maple Leafs fans stepped in to help by singing along, and it was all caught on camera.

A fan posted the video to YouTube saying, “The mic cut out partway through the U.S. national anthem and the Canadian fans took it from there!”

The Predators went on to win the game 9-2.
