On February 12, 2024 City units were dispatched to Buc-ee’s in response to a possible theft. City officers made contact with the store manager who informed one of the officers that on February 12, 2024 a female wearing black pants, a black shirt and boots entered the store with a male wearing blue pants, gray hoodie and a black beanie and another male wearing black pants and a green shirt. The officer observed camera footage of several different instances where the female took merchandise and put it either in her pants or in her bag.

The female then went to the counter and purchased a pack of cigarettes and exited the front entrance of the store without paying for the other items. The three subjects then got into a white Chevrolet SUV, of which the officer was unable to read the tag, and exited the East side of the parking lot. There are no suspects at this time.
