BOYFRIEND OF WESTEL FIRE VICTIM ARRESTED ON MURDER CHARGE – UNRELATED
Michael Kerley was indicted for an incident involving the overdose death of an individual sometime back. The charge is unrelated to the fatal fire in Ozone. 
TBI assisted in the investigation and charged him with manufacture; delivery and sell of methamphetamine and 2nd degree murder for the overdose death. Names will be released Tuesday along with a full press release.
