BLAYLOCK NOT SEEKING FOURTH TERM AS ROAD SUPERINTENDENT
CNF has learned Cumberland County Road Superintendent Scott Blaylock will not be seeking reelection for a fourth term.
Blaylock had originally pulled his filing papers but did not turn them back into the election commission.
