A refrigerated semi truck trailer partially loaded with beer caught fire while traveling in the west bound lane of I-40 around midday Wednesday.  Crossville, Cumberland County and State of Tennessee ambulance, fire and law enforcement agencies responded to numerous 911 calls of a semi traveling west bound on I-40 with smoke coming from the trailer.  The driver of the truck was able to stop the truck and un hook the trailer just as it became fully engulfed in flames.
