ANOTHER EARTHQUAKE SHAKES EAST TENNESSEE TODAY, DECATUR
Another earthquake hit East Tennessee today in Decatur.
According to the USGS, the 2.1 magnitude quake occurred at around 1:11 p.m. Eastern Time.
This is just one of many earthquakes that have hit East Tennessee this month. A 4.4 magnitude hit Decatur earlier this month, and a 1.5 magnitude hit Kingston. A 2.7 magnitude hit Blaine on the same day.
Despite these recent incidents, experts say this is really not concerning, and that residents should expect small earthquakes in East Tennessee.
