The woman charged in the murder of 31 year old Louis Michael Tammaro is expected to be back in court today. 36 year old Stephanie Cole has been in custody at the Cumberland County Justice Center since June 20th, when she was arrested in the shooting death of her ex-boyfriend at her Lake Tansi Home. Cumberland County General Sessions Judge Larry Warner stepped down from hearing the case, citing a conflict of interest due to friendship connections in order to avoid any appearance of impropriety. A special judge will hear any motions and a preliminary hearing, if one is requested.
