FELONY NARCOTICS / FELONY THEFT RELATED ROUND-UP:
Eight people were arrested / served with felony indictments, in a joint effort between the Crossville Police Department, the Cumberland & Putnam County Sheriff’s Offices, and agents with the TBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, as well as the 8th and 13th Judicial Drug Task Forces.
Following months of investigations and undercover operations with the Crossville Police Department’s Detective Division, Cumberland County Grand Jury Indictments were issued for the arrest of:
• James M. Phipps, 48 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics / Felony Theft
• Freddie A. Staggs, 62 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics / Felony Theft
• Crystal L. Sturgill, 28 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics
• Dale R. Floyd, 48 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics
• Randy L. Floyd, 49 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics
• Hallie U. Jones, 77 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics
• Herbert L. Derrick, 49 of Sparta, TN – Felony Narcotics / Felony Theft
• Janet G. Collins, 57 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics
• Phillip D. Olmstead, 35 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics – INCARCERATED – FENTRESS CO.
• Adam N. Collins, 30 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics – INCARCERATED – COCKE CO.

• William D. Carmack, 44 of Pleasant Hill, TN – Felony Narcotics – STILL AT LARGE / WANTED
• Christina L. Darville, 27 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics – STILL AT LARGE / WANTED
• Christopher B. Turner, 25 of Crossville, TN – Felony Narcotics – STILL AT LARGE / WANTED
*These sixteen people share a combined total of 238 previous bookings in Cumberland County alone.
**Fifteen of them have already been booked into the Cumberland County jail, at least once this year.

During the round up, a motorcycle, stolen out of Knoxville, was recovered and an illegal firearm was seized. Additionally, two more people were arrested:
