Reportedly, 41 year old Randal Scott Duncan showed up at a house on Cherokee Drive Friday with a loaded Sig Sauer M400 rifle making threats to the people at the house.  Witnesses said he actually pointed the gun at them but then raised the rifle and fired eight times into the air and left.  Deputies located the man at his home along with the loaded rifle.  Duncan confessed to the whole incident and was charged with four counts of aggravated assault.  No word on why he wanted to make the threats or fire the gun.
