At about 5 Saturday evening several different fire departments were called to a wildfire in Roane County.

Dispatch told Local8 news it’s along Highway 61 in Harriman.

Fire officials say high winds spread the flames to more than 80 acres.

Dirt lines have been placed to keep the fire from spreading.

The blaze was contained as of 9:00 Saturday evening.
