This is quite possibly the most heartwarming story we’ve seen recently.  Some good “news” for a change.   The story is from CBS News “On The Road” and is quite moving.  A Missouri sheriff’s department has been out pulling over motorists this month in a sting operation the likes of which this country has never seen.
