A 19 year old Cumberland County man was killed and another injured Thursday afternoon in a vehicle accident.  According the THP report, 18 year old Chase Wayne Mackey was driving on Bell Road in North Cumberland County with a passenger, 19 year old Zackery Ray Heylek.  Mackey lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road striking a tree.  The impact killed Heylek and injured Mackey. According to the report charges are pending in that accident
