On 01-26-2025 city units were dispatched to Penny Lane Crossville TN 38555 in reference to a verbal fight. Upon arrival the officer observed three males outside the residence arguing.  The officer made contact with a male identified as Selvin Estiven (10-17-1998). He asked Mr. Estiven to remove his hands from his pockets and a second officer observed a black object in his hand and told him to drop what was in his hand and Mr. Estiven revealed a red pipe with a black strap tied around it up his left arm sleeve.

Officers spoke to the other two males who stated that Mr. Estiven walked into the residence through the front door uninvited and without permission with a red pipe in his hand. One witness stated that Mr. Estiven began to yell at them stating that he wanted to fight and then struck the other with the pipe on his left shoulder. Mr. Estiven was then placed into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center and the red pipe was placed into evidence at the Crossville Police Department.
