On September 24, 2023 at 10:49 p.m. City Units were dispatched to Dollar General Market (1259 Miller Avenue) in reference to a male subject screaming and throwing things. Upon their arrival they made contact with a male subject known to be lan Neunz (DOB 04-01-89). Mr. Neunz stated that someone was to trying to blood sacrifice him but they would leave prior to Law Enforcement arrival. Mr. Neunz had multiple calls about him yelling and jumping into traffic. Mr. Neunz was causing a disturbance and not allowing the patrons of Dollar General to go about their business. At that time officers placed Mr. Neunz into custody and transported him to Cumberland County Justice Center were they charged him with Disorderly Conduct.
