TEN WITNESSES NAMED IN STEPHANIE COLE’S FIRST DEGREE MURDER INDICTMENT
An indictment was handed down yesterday (Monday) of 36 year old Stephanie Cole for the shooting death of 31 year old Louis Michael Tammaro II on June 20th. That gun had been taken from Smith’s house a few days earlier according to Smith. Ten witnesses have been named to testify in the Cole pre-meditated first degree murder trial. TBI Special Agent Dan Friel, former Cumberland County Sheriff Butch Burgess, Cumberland County Sheriff Casey Cox, Investigators Jerry Jackson and Robert Kollros, Sgt. Rick Lanzilotta, Deputies Ryan Ashburn, Shawn Scot and Lucas Turner along with Cole’s neighbor Kim Smith. Stephanie Cole is scheduled for arraignment September 19th.
