CPD REPORT:

On 08/27/21 dispatch advised that a County Deputy needed assistance on South Main Street at Dunbar Lane with a female subject.

I arrived on the scene and the Deputy stated that the female, identified as Miranda Stephens, had busted a window out of Dr. Hooie’s dental office. While on scene Ptl arrived at Hooie’s Dental Office and confirmed that the front door window, as well as the side window, had been busted out with a rock. When speaking with Stephens she stated that she busted out the window in hopes for law enforcement to arrive and give her a ride to her residence so she didn’t have to walk. Dr. Hooie arrived on the scene and estimated the reimbursement value at approximately $3,500.00 Stephens was placed in custody and transported to the Justice Center or booking.
