POLICE: MAN FORGETS ATM CARD, WENDY’S WORKER STEALS IT, RUNS UP $155.00
Crossville Police responded to First National Bank on Main St for a fraud report. Upon arrival, I made contact with the bank manager and a gentleman who stated that on 07-30-2021 at approximately 14:00 hours he had made a withdraw from his bank account at the ATM. The victim drove off and forgot his card in the ATM. At approximately 14:07 a female in a red Toyota pulled up to the ATM and grabbed the victims card and attempted to use the card twice at the ATM but was unsuccessful, the female was identified as Ana Wilson by the bank manager. I was able to also identify her by her driver’s license and from the camera on the ATM. Ms. Wilson took the man’s card and went to nineteen (19) different locations charging a total of $155.12 on the card. I then went to Wendy’s (employer) on Main St and made contact with Ms. Wilson and advised her of her rights and she stated that she wanted her lawyer. She was then placed into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

She’d never have been charged if her name was Biden or Clinton. Laws are only for the rest of us.
