Traffic is just now starting to move (10:35am) in the east bound lane of I-40 in Smith County where a two car crash has sent at least one to a Nashville hospital by LifeFlight helicopter.  Witnesses on the scene said on of the vehicles was total burned.  West bound traffic was moving very slowly for a while.  The accident happened at mile marker 258.
