Police were called to Krystal’s Sunday for a report of a man bleeding from his head.   Once police arrived they asked the man, who was bleeding from his head, what happened.  The victim said he had been hit over the head with a frying pan at an apartment on Webb Avenue. The investigation then took the police to the apartment where they met up with Anthony Daily who told police that he indeed did hit the victim with a frying pan. Daily went on to say that he and the victim had gotten into a fight after the victim had gotten into a fight with Daily’s girlfriend.   Daily was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.  The victim was treated at CMC and released.
