Twin Peaks in West Knoxville is under fire for what could be a health code violation.

The Knox County Health Department said it was a “violation of cleanliness per the Tennessee code.” Health officials told WVLT News that they received a complaint and will “follow up with the establishment.”

The restaurant is running an event called “Summer Bikini Party,” which ends on Wednesday.

A manager from the restaurant told WVLT News they do not have a comment at this time.
