Crossville, TENNESSEE February 10, 2016:  PRESS RELEASE

Photo 1 - Vickie Wilson executive director of Dominion Senior Living of CrossvilleDominion Senior Living of Crossville isn’t just building the first dedicated assisted living and memory care community for area seniors to live in–they’re building a home. To make that home as comfortable as possible, the faith-based community is looking to hire high-quality staff to help carry out its mission to “honor God through service to seniors” as they prepare to open later this year. Choosing the right people is the key to providing a compassionate atmosphere in which the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Setting the bar is Vickie Wilson, executive director and a long-time Upper Cumberland resident. She has more than 30 years of experience as a nurse, where she spent her career working across Upper Cumberland counties for various health organizations. She spent the last decade focusing on senior living, and she is a state-licensed assisted living administrator. Wilson was drawn to the field to provide residents and families with guidance and support during a time of transition in their lives.

“Vickie’s healthcare background will be such an asset to Dominion Senior Living of Crossville, and we’re so excited to have her lead the staff there,” said Josh Crisp, Dominion Senior Living’s vice president. “She has such passion for the people in the Upper Cumberland region, and she has done so much to make sure they receive the care they deserve. We know she’ll use her extensive knowledge to go above and beyond to make every resident and staff member a priority and create a family-like atmosphere.”

Wilson is responsible for hiring key staff positions for Dominion Senior Living of Crossville and is working diligently to find team members who see this position as less of a job and more like a life calling. The community is currently accepting applications for the following management positions: business office director, director of dining services, director of nursing (wellness director), life enrichment director and maintenance director. In addition, they’re looking for key staff members for first, second and third shifts: housekeepers, cooks, certified nursing assistants (CNA), resident assistants (RA) and licensed practical nurses (LPN).
