CROSSVILLE PD: SIX CUMBERLAND CO RESIDENTS INDICTED ON DRUG RELATED CHARGES

On Thursday January 7, 2016, Officers with the City of Crossville Police Department arrested 6 Cumberland County residents, following the actions of The Cumberland County Grand Jury in which the indictments were handed down for Narcotics related charges.  Crossville Narcotics Detective’s efforts led to the charges being presented to the January 4, 2016 session of the grand jury.

 

With this most recent effort:

  1. Kevin P. Labbe was charged with multiple counts of Sale and Delivery of Narcotics and one count of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.
  2. Wesley Paul Hassler was charged with 2 counts of Sale and Delivery of Narcotics.
  3. Danny R. Reed                 was charged with multiple counts of Sale and Delivery of Narcotics, Counterfeit Substances, as well as TennCare Fraud.
  4. Phillip H. Olmstead was charged with multiple counts of Sale and Delivery of Meth, Heroin and a Counterfeit Controlled Substance, as well as Possession of Meth with intent to Sell and Deliver.
  5. Paula D. Rowell was charged with Sale and Delivery of Heroin, Possession with intent to Deliver Meth and Schedule III Controlled Substance, as well as TennCare Fraud.
  6. Kayla M. Rector was charged with Sale and Delivery of Meth.

 

The arrestee’s are currently being held on a combined Quarter of a Million Dollars bond. The actions of these Crossville Police Department Narcotics Detectives and Police Officers have started 2016 with one of the Department’s greatest drug enforcement efforts to date.
