59 YEAR OLD MAN FALLS OFF TRICYCLE, PASSED OUT AT RED ROOF INN
On 04-05-25 city units were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn for an unresponsive male lying beside the building. Upon arrival it appeared the male had fallen off his tricycle and was passed out on the ground but was breathing. Police were able to wake him up. I retrieved the male’s I.D. from his wallet on the ground and identified him as Gerald Pruett. Mr. Pruett woke up irritated and resistant. Once he became aggressive, he was placed
handcuffs for his safety and ours. While talking to Mr. Pruett; I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person, he had bloodshot eyes, was slurring his words, and was unsteady on his feet. For his safety and others I placed Mr. Pruett in custody and transported him to the Justice Center where he was charged with Public Intoxication.
