Report are coming out of Harriman that a young woman’s body has been found in the aftermath of a house fire.  The location is Clifty Street and was reported around 11pm last night.  According to reports, 23-year-old Lindsay Carter was inside the burning structure but unable to get out.  The Fire crews worked through the night to put out the fire.  TBI, State Bomb and Arson and Harriman Fire and Police Department are investigating the incident.
