CROSSVILLE POLICE REPORT:

On 8/27/2021 at approximately 1430hrs, I responded to Pizza Hut in reference to a theft of service. I made contact with the manager who stated that a large order totaling $224.41 was placed for delivery to the Justice Center under Kurt Buckner’s name. When the delivery driver arrived, Mr. Buckner stated that he did not order any food. Mr. Buckner, being over maintenance at the Justice Center, reviewed video and audio footage and observed Mr. John Barnwell on the phone with his girlfriend, Ms. Briana Bond. They then called into Pizza Hut and ordered the food to be delivered under Mr. Buckner’s name. Further investigation showed that Mr. Matthew Alcorn allowed Mr. Barnwell to use his phone minutes in order to place the order. I charged Mr. Barnwell with theft of services, and charged Mr. Alcom with conspiracy. I also wrote a warrant on Ms. Briana Bond for theft of services.
