First responders were dispatched to the Cumberland County Courthouse this morning for a report of a man sitting on one of the benches with his head down who appeared to be unresponsive. Once paramedics arrived they were able to revive the gentleman and get him on a gurney.  The man, who was not identified, was taken to the hospital for observation.
