Thousands converged at the new Crossville retail store Rural King over the weekend during the soft grand opening. Many came away in awe at the huge variety of merchandise the chain carries.   City and county leaders are pleased with the addition of Rural King to the community with the added jobs and sales tax potential. But the weekend wasn’t without incident.  Sunday CPD units were called to the parking lot where it was reported a man was hitting a woman with his vehicle’s rear-view mirror.  The man said he was simply trying to squeeze into the only remaining parking slot when the woman jumped out of her car next to him. The woman told police the man intentionally hit her with his side mirror while he was backing out.  No one was arrested.
