FINALLY WE GOT CHEAP GAS BUT WE CAN’T GO ANYWHERE

Have you seen the local gas prices today?  A buck 69 at the Sunoco station on West Avenue.  Similar to the ‘gas wars’ local stations used to have back in the day, now we’ve got an “oil war” between Russia and Saudi Arabia.  That’s driving the price of gas down fast and hard.  Course with all the cancellations from the Coronavirus, we have nowhere to go.  Everybody is being told to stay home.  What a dilemma.  Cheap gas and can’t go anywhere.

Like everything else, the gas prices will rise again, the Coronavirus will become a page in history books.  The world is in a frenzy over the outbreak and taking precautions against spreading the virus as we should be doing.  We may not be able to drive to big gatherings like ball games or car races or even stage shows, but a nice drive to the lake for a picnic surely won’t hurt anything. Long as you take your 23 rolls of toilet paper.
