41 year old Michael Maly has been charged with criminal homicide for the death of 52 year old Kay Reynolds.  Reports say that Maly called the Fentress county Sheriff and declared he had shot his wife. Officers arrived to find  Maly on the back porch with a loaded gun.  He was apprehended immediately.  When officers went inside the home they found Reynold’s body on the floor of the kitchen with a gun shot wound to the upper chest. Authorities do not believe Maly and Reynolds are married as he had told them.  Maly’s bond was set at one million dollars.
