CROSSVILLE COUPLE ARRESTED AFTER WOMAN BECOMES JEALOUS OVER VIDEO GAMES AND HEAD-BUTTS BOYFRIEND
On November 11, 2022 city units were dispatched to Myrtle Ave. for a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival an officer spoke to Olivia Delgrosso at the front door. She was unsteady on her feet, slurring her words, crying and had blood all over her face coming from her nose. She stated that she and her boyfriend, Tyler Potter, had gotten into an argument. Mr. Potter had a swollen lower lip and had a small amount of blood coming from his nose. They both stated that they had been drinking.
Ms. Delgrosso said Mr. Potter was playing video games and wasn’t giving her any attention so she started yelling at him, throwing stuff around, and poking at him. She then said at some point they both had hit each other and she had head-butted him. When asked she said she could not remember who started the physical altercation.
The officer then spoke to Mr. Tyler Potter who also said that he couldn’t remember who started the physical altercation. Mr. Potter also confirmed that he had hit her and she had hit and head-butted him.
With both parties at a mutual level of intoxication and neither party being able to recall the full story, the officer was unable to determine the primary aggressor and placed both of them under arrest for domestic assault. Both parties were then transported to the Justice Center. They both received copies of their warrants and bond conditions.
