UPDATE:  The residence has been ‘cleared’ and subject has been taken into custody.

CNF has been advised there is a

man barricaded inside a house in the Tansi area at this hour.  The residence is located on Oswego Road in Tansi.  Authorities are on the scene…more info as it’s available.  Info is that it is a 20 year-old-man inside the home. The family is outside the house with authorities.

Reportedly the man is armed with a revolver.
