Traffic has been tied up on I-40 West bound tonight after a tractor trailer rig lost control and plummeted from the interstate over-pass onto the highway below.  The accident is at mile marker 300 in Monterey.  I-40 East bound was moving with some delays.  TDOT reports the accident should be cleared by 1am.  Sources say the driver was not seriously injured.
