The Stone Memorial High School Lady Panthers won the District 6AAA Tournament Championship with a 71-64 win over the host team, the Lady Eagles of Rhea County, Monday night. The Lady Panthers raced to a 23 to 7 lead after the first quarter and improved to 21 and 7 on the season with the victory. The Lady Panthers will host a first round Region Tournament game on Friday.  Tonight, the Stone Memorial Panthers beat White County Warriors 50-40 to win the boy District 6AAA Championship.  Congratulations to both the Panthers and Lady Panther for their win – and joining the CCHS Jets and Lady Jets as their District Champs as well.
