The stage is set for two new Crossville City Council members to be elected in November.  Council Members Pete Souza and Jesse Kerley are not running for re-election.  Those two Council seats are now being sought by eight candidates who have returned qualifying papers by today’s noon deadline. The candidates are: Jerry Brownstead, Charles Cooper, Jr., J.H. Graham, Robert Harrison, Terri Manning, Jeanette Parsons, Scot Shanks and David Warner.
