Police are on the scene at Lifecare Assisted living in Crossville investigating what is believed to be aa attempted murder-suicide.  One has been confirm dead, another in critical condition The shooting happened this afternoon at the facility and investigators are working to determine what exactly happened and why.  Police had reported earlier that no patients were ever in danger. No names have been released yet.
