PRESS RELEASE: CUMBERLAND COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPT

On September 30, 2021, at approximately 7:45 a.m. Cumberland County Deputies and emergency responders were dispatched to Neverfail Road for a report of a gunshot wound.

Cumberland County Investigators were called and an active investigation is underway at this time.  One victim was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center for a gunshot wound.   The investigation is active and no identifying information is being released at this time.   Additional releases will be forthcoming as information becomes available.
