CNF has received information from witnesses who say that traffic is backed up between Crossville and Cookeville on I-40 Eastbound lanes. The report indicated a person lying on the interstate (near 290 mile marker) had been run over by a vehicle(s).  We’re currently checking with authorities to get more information
