An investigation is underway by authorities after a student at Pleasant Hill Elementary brought a firearm to school today.  The student is in custody and Director of Schools Janet Graham issued a statement that there was no immediate threat to others.  There will be more information released at the completion of the investigation.  Parents of Pleasant Hill Elementary students were notified of the situation by text messaging from the School System.
