5/30/2020  Service Area Manager Bobby Randolph Announces Planned Outage for Cumberland County Weather Permitting

Planned outage on May 30th from 6:00 am – 11:00 am CST for the Crossville Substation. Crab Orchard, Lantana, and Crossville 244 will also be out of power. Approximately 12,230 members will be affected.  Members affected live in Crab Orchard and south of I40 all the way to the Bellview area. The planned outage reaches members as far west as the Thomas Springs area and east as far as Daysville. Calls will go out to affected customers with updated contact information this week. For a specific address, check the Smart Hub app or call your local service center. Please do not use social media (Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) to report an outage as they are not monitored 24/7 and are not connected to our outage management system.

6/13/2020 There is will an outage from 5:00 am -11: am for members served by the Ten-Mile substation. This will allow TVA to change out bad poles on their transmission lines.
