OH THE WEATHER OUTSIDE IS ‘FRIGHTFUL’ – HALLOWEEN THEN SNOW!!!????

snow-pumpkin-537x402From ‘boo’ to ‘brrrr’.   It appears as if we might see our first snow flake fall in the early morning hours Saturday, say around 5am.  According to most prediction services, the temperature will drop to near freezing by Saturday morning along with left-over precipitation from Friday.  Granted, the precip chance will have dropped by late Halloween evening, but there will still be some moisture hanging around. With a near freezing temp and possibly more precip in the area, the chance of some snow early Saturday morning comes in at around 38 per cent.  Not the best chance, but still a chance. Nevertheless, ‘Trick-or-Treaters’ will need to bundle up for their night  of scaring up candy while the temperature falls into the 40’s and on into the 30’s as the night progresses.
