Several law agencies are on the scene in the Dorton community of Cumberland County looking for a man who was stopped earlier on the interstate and took off on foot. All we have now is that the man is wearing white shorts and no shirts.  We have yet to learn why he ran after he was stopped on the interstate.  He was last seen on Chestnut Hill road around the 1300 block.  More as we gather info
